How to remove logo on X7 HD screen

If you see any type of logo of picture on X7 HD screen when you first boot up or when you loose signal that could be very big problem specially if you encounter it in middle of the show.

solution: connect screen to processor and program it as you would to build your LED screen. then launch Novastar LCT Mars software on a computer thats attached to the screen processor. login as Uer with password: admin then goto Tools menu and click on Prestore Picture. if you see multiple tabs of screen1 and so on you have to do this process on each of these tabs.

under Boot screen uncheck the box "Enable" under Cable Disconnect select BLACK under NO DVI SIGNAL select BLACK then click on SEND button give it few seconds to send the information to hardware then click on SAVE TO HARDWARE button. repeat this process for each screen tab you see in that window.
